I thought this video was very informational about the severity surrounding sexting and the ignorance of todays youth concerning the repercussions of the law in regards to viewing it as child pornography. If feel that it should not be charged as a sex offender if both parties involved are willing exchanging such messages. While I do believe that it should be based on a case to case bases, addressing sexting should involve parents, the education system and counselors, the hand of the law should be used last.
